1. Demo nature of the service
SentryGate is currently offered as a demonstration of a visitor management platform. All data — including face shots, visitor records, staff profiles, guard rosters, and vehicle logs — is mock data stored locally in your browser. No real authentication system is in place, and any email/password combination will grant access to the demo console.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the demo for evaluation and testing purposes only. Do not enter real, sensitive personal data into the demo, as it is not protected by production-grade security measures and may be lost if you clear your browser storage.
3. AI computer vision disclaimer
The AI Vision feature simulates face recognition and vehicle-plate cross-checking using deterministic local logic. It is not a certified biometric system and should not be relied upon for high-stakes security decisions without human verification.
4. No warranty
The demo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, accuracy of recognition, or availability of features. Data may be cleared at any time during development.
5. Intellectual property
All software, designs, and branding associated with SentryGate remain the property of SAMHA Services or its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the demo code or assets without permission.
6. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves from demo to a production offering. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SAMHA Services operates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
